I can’t bear any more
The corner of my eyes get darkened
Waiting for a ‘’like ‘
My back develops pain
For the long wait I keep
To get a comment
On the piece
Written with blood and sweat
How much ‘’likes” or comments
A writer should get
On the pieces of his writing to become a poet?
If any one of you know
Please tell me
please!
Before anyone can say anything
Jumps in a gust of wind
And tells me
Don’t write for others
Write for yourself
This is psycho therapy
And very good for your heart
Since then I keep my poems tight
On my page
Though few friends visit
And leave comments and give ‘’likes”
But they aren’t meant for
Any display.
