For true Justice,
Clear sight,
Really
Have it hard!
Because
The dirty Static
Of Politics
And vested interests
Is always there
Fomenting Fog
Making waves,
For those who care.
Pity,
Since time immemorial
The same old story
Giving us no win,
No love, no glory.
Of humble pie,To meditate and learn,To create dreams,And not my bridges burnNot to turn my eye,Away from injustice,Condemn, those that lie,Project and Love Beauty,Using Poetry’s endless urn,Until the day, I die.
We seemed to be an empire,Now, not even sad song.Our own elected leaders,Want for us, all that’s wrong,We failed ourselves, our childrenOur dreams, even our Home.< br>< br>o
Played on a piano of metaphors,Each one having his unique imageHis way of saying, poetically,The original sentiments that make poets free,All of this owned, very personally.The rest is heart,Resoundingly blown,By a wind of words,For each his own,Their very soul.
How would we share, without each other?Poets, ArtistsCreators, Brothers.
For the poetic equalizer,It’s the Poem that counts,Not the poet’s name.
They jeopardize our mental sanity,Since Abel was killed by Cain,Categorizing human creatures,As mostly inhuman and insane.
