Mother earth is now pushing hot volcano
We must understand this change and know
Glaciers are melting and flooding the rivers
Destructions everywhere which is witnessed never
What to speak of bush fires and rising sea waves?
Nature is turning hostile and simply dares
World is moving with faster pace
There is no room for emotions or any race
What had been in past can’t be carried further
Some new ideas are to be inducted and served as booster
Parents may have different feelings
New generation may not for it or willing
Some thing infuriate them as insult
Something new is emerging as result
They are not having passion for long wait
Neither have they accepted it as chance nor as fate
Everything must be done with accuracy and precision
It can’t be left for the tomorrow’s decision
Some of the actions may definitely irritate old people
But they can hardly wait for any future problem or trouble
It has to be dealt with dare devil approach
The old people never dared or thought as such
There is generation gap so far work is concerned
Not a single area is left unexplored or unconcerned
It requires greater understanding and precision
Everything is depended on calculative decision
So give free hand to young and talented boys
You can’t see them for long playing with toys
They may remain in your image as small kids
But today they are on high mission for providing leads
I see some of the parents shedding the tears
They have lot more to explain and bear
But there is over all change in approach and dealing
You can only have some thing little for healing
Let them have their own sway
As it is burden on their shoulder to push the way
We can see them as hot headed
But things can be alright if points conceded
I shall request with open hand
Don’t enter with arguments as unwelcome friend
It may deteriorate the situation further
You have to act as bridge to make the relations smoother
There is nothing more to negotiate
As everything amounts to vitiate
The incidences at home must be restricted
The atmosphere must remain cordial without being excited
