Every day we prepare food with oil,
We have new planning for tomorrow.
Experimenting new coking style,
Tomorrow we shall make new food,
Using water, spices and vegetables,
Without adding oil we should cook.
Zero oil cooking style is going to trend,
For good heart care health and fitness,
No obesity will be seen on taking this,
For all this will be beneficial we hope.
Putting cumin seeds directly in hot pan,
After brown colour these will crack,
Then we shall add cut pieces of vegetables,
We shall fry adding little water and more.
Turmeric power and coriander powder,
Ginger paste and other oil free ingredients,
We shall add in curry, fry, boil and stir,
Zero-Oil curry will be ready soon to taste.
