You and I,
Our Whose and Whys.
So Why?
Are we so badly coordinated
That all we create, we destroy,
And Yet,
To who and what,
We really love,
Can never say goodbye?

Life’s Lake has muddy waters,
As we escalate our History,Looking back, almost a crime,We’ve not followed, moral principals,By this time, for sure all goneThe Commandments we’ve forgottenCompassion, nearly banned,Human feelings, so important,Less than footprints in the sand.
The things we do,
Reactions ofCandle to wick,The candle burns,As Life does too,Destroys the wickAs flames go thru,Only true LoveCan help surviveAnd thru it allKeep us alive.
What a feeling!
Hearts tremble,Softly patter,Love comes,Life bloomsIn musical wonderAnd dreamlike tunes,Only eyes for one another,Then reborn,Just with each other,Together!Going farther,Riding higher,Than the Moon.Love,What a feeling!Caged joy,That’s feltForever,When profound,Wishing that neverLife will force usFar apart,Two hearts,That beat as one,Nothing else doesReally matter,When Love’s gorgeousSong begins,And thru a lifetimeTwo hearts melt,Becoming One.
Our immortality is in our genes,
And then teach, teach, teach,Love, charity, respect, clarity,To help mold our so often lost, humanity.
