Saturday night folly,Happiness at will,Drowning all blue sorrows,Not knowing,What black tomorrowsWill deeply living, bring,Chocolate, WhiskeyFor the momentMake worries stand still,Enamored with the moon,Giving, happiness at will.

What I read, askance,Give out complements,Like false peppermint scent,Giving praise, I never meant.Sincerity is not temerity,It’s part of a poet’s heart,Poetry is much too sacred,To lie about it and tear it apart.Be as it may,A critic, I am not,Selfishly, what touches me,Is what, I’ll keep in heart.

We knew of Love the inner touch,The problem was we loved too much.

Where Poetic Ships resist to come.As life goes on and the World turns,In me, less and less things start a fire,As life in me slowly turns away,No longer fanned by the Winds of Desire.

Amplification of New Horizons,Visions of ‘Sugar Plum Fairies’,Dancing on the prairies,Of the Mind.Off to the Conquest,Of New found Lands,Where Feelings can be scanned,Deeply, Sincerely,Aesthetically,PatheticallyEven Poetically,Without license,Freely,Playing the music,Of all Lands,Of all People,Universality,Dancing,Holding Hands.

It’s verses soft petals,Looking for more room,Blooming notions,Thoughts that settle,And express,The heart’s own tune,In full bloom,Reaching for the moon.

So rare to see,Of such great Beauty,In it’s simplicity,As it spoke of Love,So Romantically.Like a new born Rose,It’s perfume reached the heart,For it spoke of a love,That would never depart.

Why does the Sea,Fascinate so?Why are we here?Where do we go?Once Love is gone,We do not know,Lost is the World,Lost is the Sea,Nothing is left,How can that be?
