All the sweetmeats
Turned tasteless in shame.
Once her false promises
Seemed the inevitable laws of Constitution
That must be implemented by the government.
Once her false smiles
Faded the smiling face of Mona Lisa,
And considering her love-letters a valuable asset,
I preserved them all into an iron-box
Now when I go passing her,
It seems that she never knew me.
Now when I see her,
Life seems to be very false.
How meaningless the promises of a girl!
