The one with zest,That can’t inside you,Stay for long,Looking for spirit,Looking for form,Hardly ever, going wrong.
The approach was right,The outcome, painfully,Subjective,One sided, so divided,As the Earth is from the Sea.And as I walked away,Not knowing what to say,There, was this light within me,Always there,Not letting up,Lingering, so painfully,A sentimental journey,Of a love never to be,But still vividly burning,Deep, inside of me.
Like an empty sigh,While Time swallowsMy time,And Poetry, just staresMe in the face,Saying,You’re mine and only Mine!
Truth has been murderedBy the very ones that said,They held Her, firmly,In their closed fist.
Why can’t we mind our own pretensions,Not spread the harm that people Do!
