Oh dear Goddess of remover of obstacles,
We offer oblation and chant your mantra,
With great dignity and devotion,
We know that you accept our prayers!
You are known as the consort of Lord,
Who is Supreme Power and self originator,
Lord Shiva is his name we chant,
Because you are his energy of creation,
Being his consort your name is, ‘Shivaa.’
Also we worship you in name of, ‘Shivani.’
You are powerful consort of Supreme God
And we chant mantra in your name, ‘Parameswari.’
Also you are ruler of this universe
And your name is, ‘Bhubaneswari.’
We offer prayers whole day and night!
You are proficient personality
And your perseverance is super in nature,
That is why we call you in name, ‘Sadhika.’
You are truth and your power of existence
Your name is, ‘Satyaa’ as we know!
Oh Goddess mother, embodiment of purity,
And embodiment of hope and holiness,
We offer prayers in your name, ‘Suddhi, ‘
And, ‘Aaashaa, ‘ as per inner dignity,
We call you again and again,
Oh dear Mother Goddess of greatness!
You are the personality, who holds trident
Because of this your name is, ‘Shulini.’
Oh Mother, you are source of all energies
And resources remain within these,
That is why your name is, ‘Shakti.’
You are most strongest Goddess of dignity,
As well as you are the most powerful mother,
That is why your name is Vajraa,
You are the lightening in clouds
And you are light, who travels much faster,
That is why your name is, ‘Bijulee.’
You are most gracious Goddess prayed by all.
The Great Seventh Day of lunisolar fortnight tells,
Belling the bells and gongs priests chant verses,
People move around the lamp of victory,
On the day of Maha-Saptami, we worship you,
Oh dear Goddess Mother of great victory,
You kindly witness our autumnal austerity!
