Why do I continue to tolerate
Such a stench in my own backyard?
My whining becomes more and more absurd!
Holding onto spoiled attitudes that self service,
Undeserved.
Or without hint that I will discard by listening…
To criticisms about me I’ve heard!
My views are right,
And I protect them fighting.
I’m not accustomed to insightful biting words!
I’ve been encouraged to see the misdeeds of others…
And ignore those of my own I’ve incurred!
