Focus on any doubts or worries
you might have about meditation.
Be completely open to your doubts.
Do not censor any doubt.
Examine each carefully.
Is it absurd?
is it valid or true?
Most doubts will be unmasked
spontaneously as absurd.
Consciously let go
of each doubt,
one by one.
Imagine it as a balloon
that sails away.
Let it vanish out of sight.
