At night,
The light,
That loves the day,
Seems far away,
Yet slowly gathers,
Upon the sky,
To not deny,
That Light in Love so matters.
Yes, Love is Light,
And being close,
It certainly does matter,
Just fluid Hearts,
Cannot connect,
For distance really shatters,
True Love does spiritually live,
But presence makes it fonder,
Becoming then and only then,
Your heart’s most precious wonder.
Sometimes like cities in the Sky,They just float by,Other times from white to gray,They let the Tempest, rain away,Always entertaining,Never dull, never returning,In same shape or form,For the Way of Clouds,There is no norm.
Nobody knows,Who can guess?Our happiness or our distress.
And take you to placesDeliriously, bannedExcitingly, highWhere words become feelings,And love is just greatAnd there is no healingBecause there’s no hate.
The psychological necessity,Of lending, an amorous hand.Poetry cradles the poetIn a motherly fashion,Wiping, away some of the tearsThat have already,Gone out of fashion.
Off your rocker,One, Two, ThreeWe are livingCrazy times,Of deep manipulationAnd still thinkWe’re free.
Under it’s fortunate tune,That Uplifts us to the moon,Romantic Melodies,Piano Concertos played with ease,That so much the Soul can please,Piano of my youthful days,My first Love in every way,I Pray, never stop speaking to me,And in my heart forever be!
