in my secret garden
crying behind my red
umbrella imploring
for mercy for all the
sins I committed.
This Christmas day
when the innocent
baby Jesus is born
in utter poverty
I cry behind my red umbrella.
Oh I love your birth.
i kneel before you
the Lord of the universe,
forgive me my sins
of aborting my own children.
Many a time i did
this horrible sin.
I hear them crying
in my sacred womb.
Baby my beloved one
in Bethlehem,
forgive me
forgive me
forgive me.
i am hiding now
under the red umbrella,
the symbol of the blood
of my babies i poured
inside my womb.
ohhhhhhhhh
forgive me.
(The small ‘i’ is used purposely to denote the remorse and repentance)
